Travellers often prefer the housing solution "Holiday Home" rather than the anonymity of a hotel room. It is a modern and interesting choice that offers economic advantages and allows you to get to know a city as "local" and not as a tourist. Financial aspects are regulated differently than a hotel stay or a normal lease, namely: When booking, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable 25% advance of the entire corresponding sum of your stay. The balance must be paid by bank transfer seven days before arrival, at the latest. Only in exceptional cases, for example, by last-minute reservation, you can pay upon the delivery of the keys: in this case the only form of payment accepted is cash. In case of cancellation, if we fail to otherwise rent the apartment, we are forced to apply the following deductions from the balance of the price paid for your stay:

cancellation up to 29 days before arrival 0% still, a forfait of 25,00 Euros is due

from 28 days before arrival 25%

from 14 days before arrival 50%

from 7 days before arrival 75%

from 4 days before arrival 100%

These deductions will be applied, as mentioned above, only if we fail to otherwise rent the apartment; however, you will receive a voucher corresponding to 25% of the withheld amount, to be used for a stay in any of our properties, according to the availabily, within 3 years. Should we manage to otherwise rent the apartment a forfait of 25 Euros will be detracted from the sum to be refunded.
