Prices are always intended per night and for a whole flat!

Children under 2 years of age do not pay, but count as half a host in accommodation, because of flat capacity, baby.cot and children-cutlery are available on demand and free of charge.

NEW YEARS EVE 2022!!! From 27.12.22 to 04.01.22 each flat costs 180 Euro per night!
Minimum stay is 5 nights!!!

Prices include:

Bed linen, towels and dishclothes, electricity, water, heating, use of Internet and all equipment provided.

Prices do not include:

Anything not specifically mentioned.

The final cleaning: 70,00 Euros

The small daily cleaning for which the guest/tenant is in charge

If you do not wish to bother with the daily cleaning or do not have time for it during your stay, we will be happy to take care of it. It will cost 70,00 Euros per apartment.

IMPORTANT! From 01/01/2014 every Berlin visitor must  pay the so called Berlincity Tax, the local overnight stay tax corresponding to 5% of the overnight stay costs. As legal and registered home stay we have the task to collect the payments of the Berlincita Tax from our guests and forward it to the Berlin Senat. The Berlincity Tax is not included in our prices and can be payed in cash upon arrival or via bank transfer together with the payment of the balance due.

Prices are meant per night and for the whole apartment.

Children up to 2 years pay nothing, for the occupancy they count as half person, it will be our pleasure to provide a baby-cot and baby crockery free of charge. Children from 2 to 12 years pay just 8, 00 Euros per night /Casa Sarino 4,00 Euros and count as whole persons for the occupancy. Casa Rosario sleeps 4 adults, although for longer stays we suggest as maximal occupancy 3 grown-ups or 2 grown-ups and 2 children/2 teenagers.

Prices include:

- 1 set bed-linen per person for stays up to 7 nights and 1 additional set for longer stays

-1 set of towels per person for stays up to 4 nights and 1 additional set for longer stays

-all taxes, water, electricity, gas, heating, air-con, use of the internet and of all the appliances

-First supply of basic cooking ingredients, of detergents and of articles of the daily need

You will be welcomed with fresh fruits, in the fridge you will find mineral water.

Prices do not include:

-final cleaning: 35, 00 Euros, Casa Sarino 25,00

-the small cleaning in between for which the guest/the tenant is in charge

-all which was not specifically mentioned in the description

If during your stay you do not want to bother with the small day-by-day cleaning, we can make it for you for 35, 00 Euros/ 25,00 Euros for Casa Sarino

Pets are welcome without any charge just as long as they are clean, quiet and well trained. Still it is necessary to tell us by the reservation if you mean to bring your pet, we reserve us the right not to accept every pet.
